JanuARTy - Recent Art work

Happy Monday,

I hope all is well in your lives.

I'm looking out of the studio windows to a grey and overcast scene, this does not affect my upbeat & positive mood at all.

This week's blog is visual with lots of images of my recent work/ experiments.

But first:- 

A.S.K News:-

• I've been using my January to experiment and create new pieces... I've renamed the month to JanuArty. I've been working with colour schemes and themes which have challenged me and I'm really enjoying myself.
• I'm in early discussions to organise and hold an exhibition in a fantastic location in Gainsborough in the near future. More about this when the meetings have taken place.
• There will be a 4 legged furry addition to the studio from the 26th of January. We are dog-sitting Louis, a very friendly Shih Tzu, a very loved family dog, for 3 weeks. As you can imagine I am beside myself with excitement.

Workshops:-

Saturday, February 12th 1-4 pm Valentine Paint, Sip 'n pARTy

• This workshop is for everyone, single, attached unromantic, romantic. It's a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon, painting hearts with collage & mixed media, relaxing, eating chocolate washed down with a glass of prosecco.

• Listening to alternative romantic music e.g The Clash- Ever Fallen in love with someone you shouldn't have fallen in love with, Keane - Somewhere only we know, Joy Division - love will tear us apart... the list is endless and requests are welcome.
• Spaces are limited to a maximum of 6/7, a minimum of 2.
• All this fun for only £35 inclusive of everything.
