Toby Art Dog

Good Morning,

Happy Tuesday. I hope you're well on this overcast Tuesday morning.

It's been really busy at the gallery/studio as  I wind down my workshops for the renovations to the garden. Unfortunately, work can't start for another couple of weeks as there is a problem with the materials. All good things come to those who wait... it's my mantra to keep myself calm.

Saturday saw my final workshop till July, 'Beach Houses in Acrylics', it was a lovely day with some beautiful results.

Yesterday, Monday, there was a private booking, '4 Colour lino print'. This was a full-on day which included lunch with wine. Once again, the work produced was outstanding.

If you fancy a bespoke Art workshop for friends or/ and family which includes a home-cooked lunch please email or call me on 01427 360926.

The business is now closed temporarily and I will email regular updates on the progress and changes being made.

Toby Art Dog

It's been a busy time here at the gallery/studio, especially with the arrival of the new member of the family... Toby.

Toby is a 9-year-old Jack Russell we rescued from Halfway House in Swinderby. No one showed any interest in him because of his age and he is very vocal.

He was having a dreadful time in kennels and was really stressed out.

Toby had previously lived with 3 other dogs in a one-bedroom flat with very few walks and no training or boundaries. He had to fight for his food as he's underweight and very food orientated.

Darrell & I brought him home on Sunday. He has scars on his face from trying to get out of the kennels and a fight with another dog.

He's settled in very quickly and is incredibly cute... a little too vocal at times. He does bark at other dogs as I think he's has a hard time of it, so, this needs to be addressed.

However, with time, he'll calm down and realise he doesn't have to fight for his food or bark at other dogs.

Enjoy the pics of Toby and the last 2 sessions before temporary closure.

Amina & Toby x
